One popular keynote is on Living Life Squared, which is about creating an exponentially more fulfilling life, as opposed to incremental changes, through a shift in consciousness.

Rob is an avid reader. His favorite books include Spiritual Economics by Eric Butterworth, Peak Mind by Amish Jha, The Road Less Traveled by M. Scott Peck, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer, and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
