Meet Coach Rob

Life Coach and Author

He developed the LIFEonomics system and authored the book Lifeonomics: Live Free of Worry and Regret in 2008. It is now available for pre-order in a newly revised edition. He continues to serve as a life coach and train other coaches in the LIFEonomics system. 

 

Rob developed the Mind, Body, Spirit 52-week DIY program to help others find peace, balance and purpose. For those who are eager to jumpstart breakthroughs and transformation, he also offers team life coaching that includes options such as “Life Sprints,” which are highly-focused programs that span a specific period of time, such as 40 or 90 days.  

 

Rob is a passionate keynote speaker on topics such as overcoming adversity and living purposefully and powerfully in the spirit of Power vs. Force by David R. Hawkins, M.D.. One popular keynote is on Living Life Squared, which is about creating an exponentially more fulfilling life, as opposed to incremental changes, through a shift in consciousness.

 

Rob is an avid reader. His favorite books include Spiritual Economics by Eric Butterworth, Peak Mind by Amish Jha, The Road Less Traveled by M. Scott Peck, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer, and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. 

 

Rob raised his family in Little Rock, where he lives with his wife Joy. In his free time, he has been a singer in local classic rock bands for over 40 years, is an avid cyclist, and is a foodie and lover of fine wines.
